Two Jackals

So I thought for my first music post I'd post about a band I've been following pretty closely lately (not in a weird stalker-hiding-in-the-bushes kind of way). Two Jackals are a Brighton band who channel the likes of Foals and Joy Division.

They've already supported the likes of The Big Pink and Slow Club, been played on Radio 1 and Amazing Radio and had a 7"  single out on Pelirocco Platters, and this Saturday they're playing at Field Day festival. A pretty good start for a group of 16 year old lads.

They're playing criminally early on Saturday (12pm on the Last.fm stage), but you should definitely get down early to see them. If you can't make that, they're headlining The Haunt in Brighton on 27th July, with support coming from another hotly-tipped band Running Dogs, along with Sparrow and The Chances (both of whom I'm yet to hear).
